I had intended to take this page down since I did finally receive
the horn referenced below in late March of 2012. It looked nice and
worked well and I was happy with it for a while. After about 6 months use
it started working intermittently. I took it off and repaired a loose wire
end that I thought might be the problem but that did not fix it. It never
quit working completely but the sound deteriated to the point that the stock
horn was much louder. I made contact with Metal Arts again and Les
indicated that if I returned it he would repair. I shipped the horn back
on March 5, 2013 and it was delivered to Metal Arts on March 7th. I have
emailed 3 times and called twice since with no response..

My wife ordered an air horn from Metal Arts on December 20th,
2011 as a Christmas gift. Didn't expect it to arrive by Christmas but
certainly expected it by today, March 1st.
I have emailed and phoned several times with limited success.
The few times I was actually able to get someone on the phone (either Les or his
son) they always had a story and a promise but never any results.
Last contact was on Feb 10th. Les promised the horn would be shipped NLT
Monday, Feb 13th. To date, no horn, no refund and no further contact.
My loss: $201.67
