During Vegas Bikefest 2010 I found a helmet I liked at the subject vendors booth. He didn't have it in my size but said he could order and ship it to me. I hardly ever experience a problem with these kinds of transactions at bike events so I paid for the helmet and trusted I would see it soon after I got back home. That was in early October 2010. It is now approaching February of 2011 and I still haven't seen the helmet.
I did receive a phone message after returning home from someone saying her name was Candi (sp) and that she wasn't sure which helmet I had paid for and somehow didn't have the shipping address. She left a return number and email and I used both, leaving a message and sending an email with the needed info. No response to any of my messages or phone calls.
In doing a little research I have also found other similar complaints against the same vendor.
So if you run into Mark Raynes or a vendor with the info below please be forwarned that you might not get what you pay for. And whether you decide to do business with them or not feel free to unload on my behalf!
